  1. Check Order Status - Special Note
    The order status information for Paintballa.com orders, Mail In orders and Online Orders does not necessarily represent the final order if any changes were made due to product availability, credit card authorization, tax and coupons. This information should be used only for your own reference; it cannot be used for tax or billing purposes. Your order number is included in your Order Confirmation email with an automatic link to your order status on Paintballa.com. When you order by phone an associate will give you your order number. It is a good idea to save your Order Confirmation email or write down the number for future reference. If you forget or misplace your order number you can get it by contacting Customer Service via email at customerservice@paintballa.com or by calling 1-888-882-2552

  2. What does it mean when my order says: X?
    Processing means we have received your order and are in the process of filling it. Shipped means we have filled this portion of your order. It is on the delivery truck and will be delivered soon.

    Item(s) Not Available means this portion of your order was not filled. A Customer Service Representative from Paintballa.com will be contacting you with more details.

    Cancelled means the order was cancelled by either the customer or by Paintballa.com. A customer service representative from Paintballa.com will be contacting you with more details.

    Shipping from Store means your order is being filled and shipped from a local retail store in your geographic area that is affiliated with Paintballa.com

  3. Paintballa.com and cookies
    Paintballa.com currently requires the use of cookies to make your shopping experience more efficient and pleasant through personalization. Cookies are small files that are stored on your PC and that identify you to our site. The default setting on most browsers is to accept cookies automatically; however, your browser may have been configured to not accept cookies. In order to shop or register on Paintballa.com, you must be able to accept cookies. Please find below, instructions to enable cookies for several popular browsers. If your browser is not in the list below, please refer to the help function on your browser. If you cannot enable cookies (or choose not to), please call 1-888-882-2552 to place your order or to get additional assistance.

  4. Will I still get email reminders?
    Yes! Email reminders work the same way they did in the past. You'll still receive the helpful reminders about critical products. We've combined this feature with personalized lists so you can customize your lists and reminders in one convenient location.

  5. How will I know if Paintballa.com received my order?
    Once an order you have placed for delivery has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. The confirmation will contain the expected delivery date, your shipping address, your order number and any other changes to your order. You can also check the most current order status. If there are any problems with your order that we need your help to resolve, we will contact you by phone. If we can't reach you right away, we will contact you by email.

  6. Why is sales tax added to my order?
    Paintballa.com charges sales tax on orders based on the destination of the order, in accordance with state and local tax laws. Paintballa.com has a business "presence" in the state of California, therefore we are required to charge sales tax based on the tax laws of California.

  7. Can I get a discount if I order large quantities of an item?
    Paintballa.com offers volume discounts on many items through our "buy more, save more" program. You will see this noted on the website whenever this discount is available for a particular item. If there are other items that you are interested in buying in large quantities that are not noted as "buy more, save more" you must call 1-888-882-2552 for further information (certain restrictions apply).

  8. Can I add or delete items from my order if I change my mind?
    Paintballa.com offers convenient, next day delivery to our local trading areas. Once your order is transmitted to our warehouse, it is processed very quickly and shipped out for next day delivery. If you want to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible, by calling 1-888-882-2552. We will check the status of your order and attempt to make the necessary changes. If your order has already been transmitted to our warehouse for shipping, we will not be able to make changes to the order and it will ship as is. The call center associate will be able to assist you by placing a return or an additional order. If you cannot call us, please send us an email and we will make the necessary adjustments as noted above.

  9. When I place my order, how will I know whether an item is in stock?
    Paintballa.com strives to have 100% of the items in the online catalog available to you. We will let you know as quickly as possible if there are any items out of stock, or if anything else is different than what you are expecting to receive. In case of an out of stock situation, our call center associates are always ready to assist you with selecting an acceptable substitute.

  10. How will I know whether or not my order has been approved for credit and shipped?
    When you place your order on the Internet, your credit card is not "billed" until your order is actually shipped from our warehouse. Most orders are approved for credit; if there are any problems, our credit department will attempt to get approval from your credit card provider first, without bothering you with a phone call. Otherwise, the credit department will call you and let you know as soon as possible so you can decide on another method of payment.

  11. What do I do if I want to cancel my order?
    Call us right away at 1-888-882-2552 or send us an email. Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our main warehouse and we may not be able to intercept your order. If your order is past the cancellation point, simply accept the order when it arrives and call us or email us to generate a return.

  12. How do I get in touch with Paintballa.com if I have a problem with my order?
    Please call us at 1-888-882-2552 or send us an email if you need assistance with your order.

  13. Can I "link" my customer numbers together?
    At this time, it is not possible to link multiple customer numbers together. We recommend that you choose one customer number and use it going forward for all communications with Paintballa.com, including web site and phone orders. Please keep a record of your "old" customer numbers if you have used them in the past for delivery orders - this will make it easier for associates to help you with any order problems or questions on prior orders. If, for whatever reason, you find it necessary to keep and use more than one customer number, please keep careful records of these numbers so we can better assist you with order history or other questions.

  14. What is your delivery policy?
    Orders for office supplies from our Paintballa.com online catalog received by 5 pm, (local time) within our local trading areas are available for next-day delivery, Monday through Friday. The order is shipped pending credit approval and product availability. Orders placed outside of local trading areas will arrive in 7-12 days via USPS (United States Postal Service) unless ordered with our expedite service. For your security, it is best to have someone available to sign for your order during the hours of 9-5, Monday-Friday. If no one is available and you would like the driver to leave your shipment, please click here for the Postal Carrier Release Agreement. If you do not post a Release Agreement, the driver will decide whether or not to leave the order unattended. Please note that the delivery lead times are estimates and may vary based on carrier shipping practices and geographic coverage areas. After submitting your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation detailing your delivery dates and expected shipments.

  15. How can I check on my order's delivery status?
    Call us at 1-888-882-2552 on the day that you expect delivery if you need to confirm that your order has been shipped. Our delivery timeframe is 9-5. We can not determine what time you can expect your delivery but we can tell you if it has been shipped, and whether or not there are any problems with your order that have been reported to us.

  16. What time can I expect my order to be delivered?
    UPS carriers deliver orders between 9-7. Since these driver's delivery routes change from day to day, there is no way to determine the exact time your order will be delivered. Our Goal: 100% Customer Satisfaction If for any reason you are unhappy with a product purchased from Paintballa.com, you may return it within the applicable time frame. Your purchase price will be refunded, exchanged or you will be issued a credit equal to your original purchase price - your choice.

    14 Day Return Period. Videos may only be returned with manufacturer’s original box and packing material.

    30 Day Return Period. Defective clothing must be returned within 30 days. Opened, defective videos & mixed tapes will be exchanged for the same title only. All other products may be returned for refund, exchange, or credit within 30 days.

    Credit Card Purchases. Purchases made by a credit card may only be exchanged or a credit issued to your account.

    Return Shipping. If you would like to return an item that was delivered, please return the item(s) within 5-7 days of your request. You will receive credit for the returned item when it reaches our main warehouse. All items purchased at an event must be returned to our warehouse at: Next Level Entertainment, P.O. Box 5350 N. Hollywood Ca. 91616 with proof of purchase (i.e. Sales receipt, etc.) Delivery items may also be returned to the warehouse, but you must send your packing slip as proof of purchase.

    Exchange Forms. If you would like to return/exchange an item that was delivered, please click here, fill out the form and email it to our Customer Service Dept. Note all forms are reviewed in detail, and may take 1-2 weeks to complete. After rendering a decision you will be notified on our decision via email.

  17. Who do I contact if I am having problems with your web site?
    Please let us know what kinds of problems you are having. Call us at 1-888-882-2552 or send us an email. Go to the Help section and provide us with a complete description. We will attempt to answer your questions, and/or forward on anything we can't resolve to the Webmaster.

  18. If the web site crashes, what happens to my order?
    If the web site crashes while you are still placing items in your basket, those items should still be in your basket when you return to the site if you are a registered user or your browser accepts cookies. If the web site crashes when you are authorizing an order, you should return to the site and submit it again. Our Internet associates check for duplicate orders. If we have questions about whether or not your order is duplicated we will contact you by phone or email.

    Having cookie problems?
    If you experience any issues related to paintballa.com cookies, you may delete the cookies by following these steps:

    Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.X
    Open Internet Explorer 4.X
    Go to View on top of browser
    Choose Internet Options on bottom of list
    Go to General tab (the default tab)
    Click the "Settings" button
    Click the "View Files" button
    Delete the Paintballa.com cookie file(s).

    Netscape 3.X and 4.X
    Netscape bundles all web site cookies into one file: cookies.txt
    You can not delete just the Paintballa.com related cookies from this file.
    You will need to delete the entire file which will, in turn, delete all of your Netscape cookies.

  19. The amount on my online receipt differs from my CC statement, why?
    When you place an online order with Paintballa.com via the Internet, your actual order that is shipped to you may be slightly different than what was ordered initially. (For example, an item that you ordered may be temporarily out of stock, and the rest of the order was shipped without it). The packing slip that is sent with your order is an accurate record of what was shipped and what was billed to you. If you need additional information, go to the Customer Service section. You can select "More Info", and give us some details on what information you need. We can send you information via email, and/or confirm information over the phone.

  20. What do I need an order number?
    Most orders are transmitted almost immediately to our main warehouse and we may not be able to intercept your order. With an order number it makes it easier to trace and it enables us to give you an exact status on the order.
